This ministry was given to Bishop Gelsey by God in the late midnight hours. Upon waking God spoke to him and said, “educate the youth about homicides to prevent homicides the same way that youth are educated about AIDS to prevent AIDS and cigarette smoking to prevent cigarette smoking.” Currently workshops are supplied for schools, community centers, churches, and various types of community groups to educate youth. Also, literature is distributed at various function to educate.
